Meet the Team
Paul Winter - Director
Paul has spent over 15 years in business management and runs a tight ship. He insists on and encourages a very high standard of work from the team at Dorset Jaguar & Sports cars.
From working with his grandad at Scientific Motors in Bournemouth as a boy to winning the drivers title in the 2008 Porsche Michelin Open series in his GT3 Cup car, he has always had a love of motor cars. His first car, a Vauxhall Chevette, which he claims he pushed more than he drove, made way for a succession of prestige cars including most of the Porsche model range.
He is confident of keeping the company on the right track and consolidating the position of a well respected and highly skilled independent specialist motor car dealership.
Tim Speed - Director
First and foremost Tim is a true petrolhead with a passion for anything with an engine. Tim has 26 years experience and an enviable mechanical and technical background; his qualifications really are too long to list!

Tim is extremely customer focused, often going well beyond expectations to ensure our customers are happy. He expects the same commitment from his staff.
Even after working long hours to give our customers the best possible service, Tim still has time to compete in motorsport at a high level. With experience of preparing race cars and managing race teams, Tim is very much "hands on" and as well as supporting others he has campaigned machinery such as a Peugeot 205 GTi, Hot Hatches, Eurocar V6, BMW M3, Porsche 944 S2 and our Porsche 911 GT3 factory Cup car.

Jason spends much of his spare time socialising with friends and family. He enjoys caravanning in the summer months and is a keen motorcyclist and windsurfer, while regular visits to the gym keep him in shape.
