Paul has spent over 20 years in business management and runs a tight ship. He insists on and encourages a very high standard of work from the team at Dorset Sports Cars.
From working with his granddad at Scientific Motors in Bournemouth as a boy to winning the drivers title in the 2008 Porsche Michelin Open series in his GT3 Cup car, he has always had a love of motor cars. His first car, a Vauxhall Chevette, which he claims he pushed more than he drove, made way for a succession of prestige cars including most of the Porsche model range.
He is confident of keeping the company on the right track and consolidating the position of a well respected and highly skilled independent specialist motor car dealership and from March 2014 a Subaru franchised dealership.

First and foremost Tim is a true petrolhead with a passion for anything with an engine. Tim has 26 years experience and an enviable mechanical and technical background; his qualifications really are too long to list!
Tim manages the day to day running of the garage and is always available to answer customer's questions and address their concerns. Tim is extremely customer focused, often going well beyond expectations to ensure our customers are happy. He expects the same commitment from his staff.
Even after working long hours to give our customers the best possible service, Tim still has time to compete in motorsport at a high level. With experience of preparing race cars and managing race teams, Tim is very much "hands on".As well as supporting others he has prepared and campaigned machinery such as a Peugeot 205 GTi, Hot Hatches, Eurocar V6, BMW M3, Porsche 944 S2, Porsche 968, Porsche 996 and our Porsche 911 GT3 factory Cup car.

Jason joined us after many years in the automotive industry. Before moving into sales he gained valuable knowledge and experience in professional valeting and detailing. Jason also manages our small valeting team ensuring that all cars are presented to the highest level possible.
Another customer focused member of the team, Jason will always do his very best to accommodate customers and he exemplifies the "can do" attitude that is the foundation of Dorset Sports Cars.
Jason spends much of his spare time socialising with friends and family. He enjoys caravanning in the summer months and is a keen motorcyclist and wind surfer, while regular visits to the gym keep him in shape. His love of sports cars, general interest in motorsport and positive attitude means he fits in very well at Dorset Sports Cars.

Matthew rejoins Dorset Sports Cars as our Subaru sales manager. Having been with us from the age of 15 in various roles, Matthew expanded his horizons and went to work in sales at one of the largest main dealers in the area.
Feeling that the personal touch was missing in such a large dealership, he was keen to return to Dorset Sports Cars to help boost Subaru car sales and improve efficiency.
Matthew has a passion for cars, and while he very much enjoys selling them, he likes driving them even more. Extended road trips and track days in his own car are a regular occurrence.

Graham has decades of experience with dealerships around the country, most recently with our local Porsche centre, and manages our parts department and generally looks after all parts enquiries. No challenge too big or part too small will beat him!
We are not entirely sure what Graham does in his spare time, but we believe his family keeps him on his toes.
A bit of a man of mystery!

Jo's friendly and personable attitude and great communication skills has ensured that she has become a firm favourite with our customers! With a great deal of experience in the motor trade she is a true asset to the team.
In her spare time Jo enjoys house renovation and MOTORBIKES, although we are trying to convince her that 4 wheels are always better than 2!

Sarah manages our accounts and while you may be unlikely to see her when you visit, she is an extremely valuable member of the team.
Sarah's spare(!) time is mostly taken up with family life, but the thrill of a sports car hasn't passed her by, and she appears to have developed a passion for collecting model cars!

Another member of the admin team that deputises for Jo when she is unavailable.
Sarah is rather coy about her likes and dislikes. She tells us she has a classic Mini and ventures out with like minded owners sometimes - we have yet to see this wonder of British engineering though.
We can't help wondering what she actually gets up to in her spare time. A woman of mystery! (Dog grooming as it turns out - each to their own!)

Charlotte deals with many of the everyday administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the garage.
Possibly the most effervescent and positive member of staff that we have ever been fortunate enough to employ. Nothing appears to phase her (except possibly having her photo taken) or get her down.
She tells us that kids preclude her from having any spare time! We're pretty sure we've seen her Zorbing with Sarah from Accounts.
