Meet the Team

Paul has spent over 30 years in business management and runs a tight ship. He insists on a very high standard of work from the rest of the team at Dorset Sports Cars.

Paul is confident of keeping the company on the right track and consolidating our position as a well respected and highly skilled independent sports car specialist, and from March 2014 a Subaru franchised dealership.

Paul is a racer at heart, with a passion for Porsche. When he has some spare time, you'll probably find him doing battle on a racetrack somewhere.

Likes - Tea & biscuits.

Dislikes - Not going fast enough.

First and foremost Tim is a true petrolhead with a passion for anything with an engine. He has over 35 years of automotive engineering experience.

Tim manages the day to day running of the garage and is always available to answer customer's questions and address their concerns. Tim is extremely customer focused, often going well beyond expectations to ensure our customers are happy. He expects the same commitment from his staff.

When time allows Tim loves to compete in motorsport. He has prepared and campaigned many cars including BMW M3, Porsche 968, Porsche 996 and our Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car.

Likes - The internal combustion engine.

Dislikes - Healthy eating.

Stephen manages our busy worshop, and has a wealth of automotive experience.

Likes - Small, fast, French cars. (Don't ask!)

Dislikes - ???.

Clint has over 20 years of experience across various areas of the motor industry, working with many prestigious brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Land Rover.

A self proclaimed car nerd, his passion shines through when assisting customers. Nothing is too much trouble, he always goes the extra mile.

Clint describes himself as a youthful 45 year old, which demonstrates that he has a fine sense of humour.

Any spare time is taken up with football, motorsport, dogs, or avoiding jobs around the house.

Likes - Chippy Friday.

Dislikes - When things don't work like they should.

Graham has decades of experience with dealerships around the country, most recently with our local Porsche centre. He manages our parts department and generally looks after all parts enquiries. No challenge too big or part too small - he'll find what you're looking for!

We are not entirely sure what Graham does in his spare time, but we believe his family keeps him on his toes.

A bit of a man of mystery!

Likes - Finding stuff.

Dislikes - People moving things without permission.

Lisa is the newest member of the office team, if you phone the dealership or bring your car in for service, it's very likely that she'll be your first point of contact.

Lisa's twins keep her busy, Mum's taxi service is her speciality. When she does get a minute to herself she likes to keep fit, usually running.

Likes - MotoGP, Gin.

Dislikes - Skydiving.

As a locally trained technician, Andy has a wealth of experience gained from working within the main dealer network in Dorset for over 30 years. After completing his apprenticeship with Westover's, he joined Dorset Sports Cars to become an all round specialist in Jaguar servicing. Andy is also a qualified MOT tester.

Andy is a family man and one of his favourite pastimes is touring around the country with his recent motorhome upgrade.

Likes - Getting out and about.

Dislikes - People getting in his way.

With over 30 years experience, many with Volvo and more recently Porsche main dealers, Alex has an incredible eye for detail and ensures our cars are prepared to the highest levels possible.

Alex is trained to the premier standard in the application of SupaGaurd, Autoglym Lifeshine and Liquid Armour protection packages.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys the outdoor life and likes nothing more than a BBQ with his family.

Likes - Polishing stuff.

Dislikes - People touching his equipment!

A recent addition to the valeting team, Dom assists Alex in keeping the forecourt spick and span, and customer's cars looking at their best.

Dom has a real passion for cars, and this shines through in his work. His camping skills however, could be improved.

Likes - Motorsport.

Dislikes - Not sure - Watch this space.

Suzie manages our accounts and while you may be unlikely to see her when you visit, she is an extremely valuable member of the team.

Aleena is a valued member of the Admin team, keeping the dealership running smoothly.

Limbo skating and mountain unicycling are two sports she's very keen to get into as she recently had to give up powerbocking (it was playing havoc with her knees). If Red Bull would like to sponsor her, please make contact via the garage, we'd like to broker the deal.
