Sales & Service Now Fully Open

We’re delighted to announce that we are now fully open. We’re committed to keeping dealership employees, customers and the communities in which we operate as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic and we’ve been working hard to introduce new policies and procedures to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and staff.

In line with the latest Government instructions, customers are now required to wear a facemask when visiting our showroom.

Sales, servicing, repairs and MOT’s are all able to be completed and we continue to offer our free local collection and return option for service customers.

Opening Hours

With the return to full operation our business hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Saturday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Sales appointments and service collection may be available outside these times. Please enquire.

New Procedures

Although some of our procedures have changed, we endeavour to maintain our level of customer service and ultimately offer a safe experience.

You will find helpful directions in our showroom that will aid social distancing and we have installed complimentary hand sanitiser stations that we encourage you to use.

Availability of “while you wait” service appointments will be limited, so if you need one of those please mention this when making your booking. We recommend that you leave your car with us, or ask about our free, contactless, collection and delivery service.

Complimentary collection & delivery for servicing

We appreciate that you may wish to continue to avoid unnecessary contact. As such, we are pleased to offer our free, contactless, collection and delivery service for MOT tests, servicing, maintenance or repair work.

For your peace of mind, upon delivery, our drivers will take extra precautions to ensure that all touchpoints are clean.
