Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update
Like many businesses, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and taking every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers. This is our absolute priority.
We have contingency plans in place should our staffing levels drop and our employees know that they can rely on our support should they need it.
You will have seen the advice offered by our Government, and if you feel unwell and have your car booked in, we would ask you to contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
We remain open as usual, with no reduction of service. Servicing, repairs and MOT’s are all able to be completed.
Complimentary collection & delivery for servicing
We appreciate that either through choice or necessity, you may have to limit time outside of your home over the coming weeks. We also recognise that people still need their cars to complete essential tasks. As such, we would like to share with you the measures we have put in place to help keep you on the road.
For MOT tests, servicing, maintenance or repair work, we can offer a free collection and delivery service. This service is available for existing and future service appointments.
For your peace of mind, we will keep personal contact to an absolute minimum. Upon delivery, our drivers will take extra precautions to ensure that all touchpoints are clean.
We will continue to monitor the situation and act on advice as appropriate. However, it is currently business as usual, and we will be as flexible as possible to minimise any disruption to our customers.
