Meet the Team

Paul leads Dorset Sports Cars and brings over 30 years’ experience in business management. He sets the standard across the company — from customer experience to the quality of workmanship — and is focused on maintaining Dorset Sports Cars’ reputation as a trusted independent sports and prestige specialist.

Outside work: Paul is a keen racer and often takes the wheel when the team is competing. A long-standing Porsche enthusiast, he frequently drives the Dorset Sports Cars Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car on track and is happiest when he’s at a circuit.

Tim oversees the day-to-day running of the garage and brings over 35 years’ automotive engineering experience to Dorset Sports Cars. He’s hands-on, practical, and always happy to talk through options — whether that’s routine servicing, fault-finding, or planning the right work for how you use your car.

Tim is also the lead for our motorsport preparation and track-focused projects, and is closely involved in race and rally work, from custom builds through to ongoing support.

Outside work: When time allows, Tim competes in motorsport and has prepared and campaigned a range of cars including BMW M3, Porsche 968, Porsche 996 and the Dorset Sports Cars Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car.

Stephen leads workshop operations and supports the quality and consistency of work delivered across servicing, diagnostics and performance projects.

He leads Dorset Sports Cars' remapping & calibration service and is the main point of contact for Renaultsport enquiries and structured fault-finding.

Stephen’s background includes senior-level Renaultsport specialist work and international customer support for performance projects.

Outside work: Stephen has a long-standing interest in lightweight, performance-focused hot hatches — particularly Renaultsport models.

Clint supports vehicle sales and customer enquiries, with over 20 years’ experience across the motor industry including roles with prestige brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Land Rover. He’s approachable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making the buying process straightforward and enjoyable.

Outside work: Clint’s time is usually split between football, motorsport and family life.

Graham manages our parts department and handles parts enquiries, sourcing and logistics. With decades of dealership experience — most recently at a local Porsche Centre — he’s excellent at tracking down the right part quickly and correctly.

Outside work: Graham keeps things private, but we’re fairly sure his family keeps him busy.

Lisa is often your first point of contact when you call or visit. She helps coordinate bookings, keeps things moving smoothly in reception, and ensures your visit is efficient from drop-off to collection.

Outside work: Lisa is kept busy by family life and enjoys keeping fit when she gets a spare moment.

Andy is a highly experienced technician with over 30 years in the main dealer network locally. He joined Dorset Sports Cars after completing his apprenticeship with Westover’s and became a key specialist in Jaguar servicing. Andy is also a qualified MOT tester.

Outside work: Andy enjoys touring around the country and making the most of his motorhome.

Alex ensures our vehicles are prepared to exceptionally high standards. With over 30 years’ experience, including time with Volvo and Porsche main dealers, he has an outstanding eye for detail and takes pride in presentation. Alex is trained in professional paint and protection systems including SupaGuard, Autoglym Lifeshine and Liquid Armour packages.

Outside work: Alex enjoys the outdoors and good food with family and friends.

Dom supports Alex and the valeting team, helping keep vehicles and the forecourt looking their best. He’s enthusiastic, careful, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Outside work: Dom is a motorsport fan and rarely misses an excuse to talk cars.

Suzie manages accounts and supports the financial and administrative side of the business. Although you may not always see her day-to-day, she plays an important role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Holly is part of the admin team, supporting office operations and helping keep everything organised and on track.
